At its heart, Tres is about people. It’s about creating a place where pickleball players of all levels feel welcome, where friendships form naturally, and where the courts are a positive, supportive space to play and grow.
Giving back matters here. Through tournaments, events and special gatherings, Tres Palapas supports local organizations that help keep Los Barriles strong — including the East Cape Guild, Cortez Rescue, East Cape Health Center and other community groups throughout the year.
Visiting for a session, a week, or the season? Tres is meant to feel easy, welcoming and connected — a place where pickleball and community come together naturally.

Tres is owned by David and Carlene Lokey — longtime Los Barriles locals who truly care about this community.
With more than 25 years living and working in the East Cape, David and Carlene have built Homes & Land of Baja into one of the area's most trusted real estate businesses.
That same long-term mindset and love for the community is what they've brought to Tres Palapas — with a focus on creating a place that feels welcoming, connected and very much a part of Los Barriles.

East Cape Health Center has been a registered nonprofit organization for over 15 years — the primary medical home for the Los Barriles area, with an on-call emergency physician line and comprehensive on-site services.
